Barbatimão is a species of plant native to Brazil, belongs to the Fabaceae family, is a small deciduous tree, has a tortuous trunk and thick, light-colored rough bark. The leaves are rounded/oval, alternating with about five to eight pairs.
Barbatimão is used traditionally to treat pain, ulcers, skin diseases and infections, conjunctivitis, high blood pressure, hemorrhage, hernia, malaria, liver or kidney problems, and gastritis.
Is also widely used in women's health, is useful to reduce inflammation of the uterus and ovaries, vaginal discharge and gonorrhea.

INGREDIENTS:
Stryphnodendron barbatiman Bark.

PREPARATION AND USAGE:
Use one teaspoon per cup (250 ml).
Boil in fresh water for 5 minutes. Let it rest for 10 minutes while it cools down.
2 cup per day.
