Rooibos
Rooibos, meaning "red bush"; is a broom-like member of the plant family Fabaceae that grows in South Africa, was traditionally used by the Bushmen.
The leaves and stems are harvested in the summer, fermented and sun dried.
A tea made from the dried fermented leaves tastes similar to oriental tea made from Camellia sinensis and it's caffeine-free. It is less astringent, due to the lower tannin content.
INGREDIENTS:
Rooibos ( Aspalathus linearis).
PREPARATION AND USAGE:
Use one teaspoon per cup (250 ml).
Pour on boiling water and leave to stand for 4/5 minutes.

STORAGE:
Store closed in a cool, dry place without direct exposure to sunlight.
