Camomile Loose Flowers - Herbal Tea - Matricaria Recutita - Chamomile

Camomile is a herbal remedy and is much used for treating various digestive disorders, nervous tension and irritability and is also used externally to treat skin problems.
Camomile flowers infusion is taken internally as an anodyne, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, cholagogue, diaphoretic, emmenagogue, febrifuge, sedative, stomachic, tonic and vasodilator.
The flowers are also used externally to treat wounds, sunburn, burns, haemorrhoids, mastitis and leg ulcers.

INGREDIENTS:
Camomile Loose Flowers (Matricaria recutita).

PREPARATION AND USAGE:
Use one teaspoon per cup (250 ml).
Pour on boiling water and leave to stand for 8 minutes.
3 cups per day.

PRODUCE OF:
Portugal.

STORAGE:
Store closed in a cool, dry place without direct exposure to sunlight.
